Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing:
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
1.2 Shipping Method:
Shipping Method used depends on the kind of product being shipped and Region being shipped to.
1) Bamboo Fountains: Shipping is done via Surface (Standard Shipping) and typically takes 6-10 business days after order processing. Order processing time is generally 2-3 business days.
2) All Other Products: Shipping is done either via Surface (Standard Shipping) or Air (Express Shipping), depending on the size of the product. The delivery timeframe is typically 3-5 business days + order processing time (24 hours).
3) For FREE shipping, we use Standard shipping (by surface). If you need your order urgently, we offer Express shipping (by air). You can request this option by contacting our support team and paying the difference in shipping charges.
4) Shipping to North East, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kashmir Valley: Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery to these regions, in addition to the order processing time.
The shipping charges for non-free shipping will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
1.3 Shipping Timeframes:
The estimated delivery timeframes depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
1.4 International Shipping:
At present, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
1.5 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp (if provided during checkout). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
1.6 Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment or return of the package.
Return Policy
At urSoulMantra™, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that each product is crafted with care. However, we have a no-return policy for most of our products to maintain the integrity of our handcrafted items and to minimize shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.
2.1 Non-Returnable Items:
While we do not generally accept returns, there are specific conditions under which you can request a replacement or refund:
Handcrafted Products (e.g., Zen Gardens, Bamboo Fountains): Due to the high shipping costs involved and the delicate nature of our handcrafted items, we do not accept returns for these products. However, if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will happily repair or replace it. If a customer still insists on a return, the shipping costs for both sending and returning the product will need to be covered by the customer.
Other Products (e.g., Self-care Kits, Herbal Tea, Body Oils): If the product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.
2.2 Return Process for Non-Handcrafted Products:
To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 3 days from the date of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for further steps.
2.3 Return Conditions:
For all eligible returns or replacements, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
2.4 Shipping Costs for Customer-Initiated Returns:
In cases where a return is requested for reasons not related to product damage or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
2.5 Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take a certain amount of time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
